Make-Up Lessons (EBS)
Make-up lessons are booked online by you (the customer) through the Customer Login portal.
You must provide at least 2 hours notice to recieve a make-up lesson if you are unable to attend a lesson.
Make-up lessons must be taken within 45 days and while you continue to be enrolled with EBS.
Cancellation of a make-up lesson cannot be re-booked. Spaces are not guaranteed.
Credits can only be provided where EBS has not been able to provide the lesson (e.g. pool unavailable).
